Details & Information
Payment
Parents/Carers will be invoiced for care in advance. Invoices will be sent out by the 15th of the month for fees payable the following month. Fees must be paid by no later than the 25th of that month. For example, invoices for November care will be sent out by the 15th of October and are due to be paid by the 25th of October.
Tax Free Childcare and Voucher Schemes
Parents using any childcare voucher schemes, or the government tax free childcare system must ensure payments are made to the respective schemes by the 20th of the month (5 days earlier than stated above) as these payments can take up to 5 days to reach our account.
Funding
We accept 2-year-old and 3/4-year-old government funding. There is an additional enrichment fee for those accessing the 3/4-year-old funding (see table above). We offer a limited number of fully funded spaces, accessible during PM sessions only, which are reserved for those we prioritise as most in need. We have an official ‘funding offer’ detailed in our funding policy and this is available upon request.
Settling In
We offer a 2-hour free settling-in session for your child. You are welcome to have as many settling-in sessions as you would like (additional sessions will be chargeable). We operate a 4-week trial period; however, we do ask that you sign your childcare contract at the beginning (in order to protect us for payment purposes). After the 4-week trial period, a 6-weeks’ notice is required if you wish to terminate your childcare or change any aspect of your agreement. If you would like to have a look around the setting, please contact us.**
Sickness, Holiday & Unforeseen Closure
If we are closed due to staffing issues/sickness you will not be charged (we will deduct charges from the following month's invoice). However, if your child cannot attend for the same reasons, full fees are still required. The setting is usually open during school holidays, except for the Christmas/New Year when the setting will be closed (exact dates to be confirmed annually). The setting will be closed on Bank holidays.
